My Bush DVHRS02 is stuck on 27 Mar 2011. I changed the time as usual when we changed to BST and didn't notice the date problem until I tried to do a timer recording. On starting the unit up I can change the date to the current one, and it will remain until I turn the unit off, when it returns to 27 Mar 2011. Any ideas anyone?

not got answer for you but i think it something to do with
analogue tv used to transnit time an date updates but now they have stopped sending out this signal as i got same thing on my philips dvdr 610
