how to fix error message?

i receive an error message stating the device, microsoft ISA TAPA adapter is reporting "tv_ConfigMgrErr31".This device qill not be available until the issue is resolved.The Plug and Play ID for this device is ROOT\*ISA TAP\0002

This is a common feature of all Microsoft software. All I can say is a I apologize to the whole world for making stuff that has errors. I have just gone over to Linux, its so much more reliable, but don't tell my company, they will get get cross.
