hi, our hotpoint coffee machine (integrated) hcm15, it is showing a display saying" rinse machine,press water key" when you press it ,it makes a noise but no water comes out at all.its been doing this for weeks and cant get out of this mode.any tips to get out of this mode or what you think is wrong would be great.many thanks

its not "in a mode" its trying to get rid of air bubbles after you refill the water tank so if the tank is full, you can hear the pump and no water is coming out of the steamer spout i recall then you have a blockage. are you in a hard water area? if so the limescale has built up so much the machine can not descale its self and will need to be taken apart and cleaned you will nead a t10 torx bit and a camera (photo it as you take it apart or you will not get it back together)

1 remove the drip tray then the cover behind you should find 2 screws scuring it to the cabinet.
2 remove the 2 t10 screws left and right below the dispenser.
3 remove the 2 t10 screws from the top of the machine.
4 from the back remove 3 t10 screws and a earth tag from each side panel
5 the machine will now slide forward ount of the case
