hi managed to get the code for my car radio, a rover 25,but when i went to put it in it says code wait an i couldnt enter anything please help

Please note that code entry is only possible when the display shows "CodE". If the unit displays "CODE WAIT" then it is codelocked and must be left switched on for up to two hours before a further attempt at code entry is possible.

Code Entry as Follows:
Switch Radio On - Display Shows
" CODE - - - - "
Press preset " 1 " repeatedly for 1st Digit
Press preset " 2 " repeatedly for 2nd Digit
Press preset " 3 " repeatedly for 3rd Digit
Press preset " 4 " repeatedly for 4th Digit
If the correct code number is now shown
Press Tuning Up Button " > " To Enter
