How can i fix my washing machine{model BEKO WM7147W } ?

Seems to make strange crackling noises when draining and a heavy buzzing sound also, can you help please my machine is 19mnths old. ?

remove the plinth panel at the bottom and then remove the filter.shine a torch in to the filter housing and check if a coin or something is in there
