Diplomat gas cooker?

The grill on my diplomat gas cooker suddenly stopped working, can any one advise me?

went to turn the oven knob on and it came off. Its a gas cooker. the knob wont click back in securely.

hi geoff this happened to our and we took the outer case off and found a red switch in side press that and hopefully it will work again
