my cannon i455 wont print how can i fix it?

my cannon i455 wont print i have put brand new cartridges in reinstalled it and checked every possible maintenence windows
any ideas?

If you have an anti virus software running on your pc it can stop the canon print driver, lower your firewall settings.If not try a new usb cable and a diffrent usb port on your pc.
