i got this gogear in like 2008 or 2009 but its rectangular and the screen is like sideways, going longways, and you control the buttons with your right hand, for they are on the right side of the screen. It froze and id usually just hit the reset button on the bottom with a paperclip, but then i turn it on and it just displays the philips logo and doesnt proceed to its usual functions. how do i fix this? CAN i? because i do NOT wanna send this thing in but idk if i have to.
