zanussi zsf 4143,water not hot when washing dishes, also not drying at end of cycle what can i do?

lay the dishwasher on its back and remove the bottom plastic tray.find the element and put a multimeter across the terminals of the heater.A good one will be around 29ohms.if that is good remove the pcb in the fascia and check for bad solder joints on the pcb around the heater relay
