where would i find the heater matrix on a fiat punto 1999, for sum reason fiat says that it has leaked into my ecu unit and both needs replacing

In about the worst place possible...behind the dashboard...steering wheel off (careful of airbag),dash off (careful of passenger airbag),then if it all fits back with no rattles or lost screws it will be more of a miracle than the good lord rising from the dead a few easters ago!
