rear caliper sticking on?

my rear brakes are binding slightly,how do i solve this problem

You haven't said what car but usually its the handbrake cable seized or the handbrake caliper mechanism on the rear caliper.free them off with wd40 by working the lever up and down by hand and re-greasing the cable
