How can I boot my e-machine T4150?

Before my son gave me his old e-machine, he tried to erase all of his personal files. In doing so, he erase everything on the hard drive. When I turn on the computer all I get is a black screen with the following error message, Disk Boot Failure, insert system disk and press enter. According to my son the e-machine came with the Restore disks only. S/No. QVC1A 005 61414 and Part No.507766

You son has wiped some of (maybe all) the system files. Put the Restore Disk in to the CD drive, go into the BIOS setup and set the machine to boot boot from the CD drive. Use the restore disks to restore the sytem.
