My upvc back door is locked and the keys have been lost. Is there a way of getting it open so that I can change the whole lock. Tried taking the hinges off but no luck there...any suggestions?
yeah i agree .have had similar experiences,i used to fit doors- just drill out the barrell as best as you can then get a big chunky flat screwdriver and turn what's left of barrell until it opens

I've drilled right through the thing and it's still not budging, is it jammed do you think or is there something else I can try?

you can drill the lock barrel out and then replace it with new keys
