there is a water supply to the dishwashing machine,the power to the machine is on & lit up but machine doesnt fill or run.does it sound like the element in the heater is kaput, or a blockage to the water supply.ie filter.
Element will not be switched until water is in. Check filters, one on inlet pipe. Could be faulty water switch unit, or programer or lots of things. Start with the water filter.
