I assume it continues to leak all the time.
The Excell has a sealed cartridge system. No real repair can be made except to replace the cartridge which is quite simple, but mira have changed design and you need to make sure you select either high or low presure on the new cartridge.
One thing you can try is with the shower turned off select hot and cold extreams on the temeperature control a few times. The Excess can get deposits on the sliders inside on the temp control and by doing this it may clean the faces up and stop the dripping. This has worked for me a few times.
A new cartridge I beilive is about £98.00.
