standing water in dishwasher?

my bosch diswasher is about 1 1/2 years old. recently i noticed it is not wahsing properly. when i checked the dishwasher there was still some water left in the bottom?

Check the drainage pipe. If it is plumbed into the sink u bend it must be above the u bend water level or water will syphon back into the dishwasher.
