How do you re-fit a 1997 vw polo door handle?
Recently when I unlocked my polo, the loscking barrel came out. I took it to a garage and they quoted me £65 so I decided to attempt it myself.
I bought a kit from ebay and replaced the parts using a guide I found online but I am now having difficulty replacing the handle.
The handle fits back into the slot but it doesn't catch on the door opening mechanism, so I can unlock the door but can't actually open it.
Any one have any idea how to get the handle back in and working?
