Hi There My Humax 9200T which I bought more than three ears now is permane?

Hi There My Humax 9200T which I bought more than three years now is permanently freezing. The strange thing its only the freeview channels and the terrrestial channels are ok. Does anyone have a solution? I have already reset to default settings a couple of times but to no avail.

Antennae can shift over time. Second because of ongoing work being done on Digital Switchover, you need to ensure that you are pointing at the correct transmitter.

If by freezing you mean the picture? This is typical of a bad or badly aligned aligned antenna (aerial).

Freeview MUST have a good aerial connection.
