bad floor under toilet?
I had a previous question about a sewage smell and how to tell if it was something I had to pay a plumber thousands to fix, and the reply was that I had a bad floor under my toilet. That means a plumber doesn't it? I guess I should have added that we have a concrete foundation...no basement...I assume that means more money doesn't it? What I think is that a line somewhere near the toilet has busted in the concrete flooring below. Is that what a bad floor means? And to fix this would mean we would have to remove the toilet, and any flooring or walls surrounding until we find the bad line...in other words...we need a plumber... Just a silly question, but do plumbers do work and let you make a payment plan? ugh!!!
