Hotpoint BF1620 Dishwasher, 3rd flashing light?

Hi, I've a Hotpoint BF1620 dishwasher which has a 3rd flashing LED, we have replaced the heating element but is still doing it. It will now do a full wash but seems to carry on drying and feels quite hot, what else could it be please? Kind Regards Victoria
