I have the same problem. The Mira Eclipse has been factory serviced since new, its never worked properly. Quite upsetting as its a top of the range, professionally installed and on a 45amp feed with powerful mains water supply.
I am simply giving up and buying another brand, with a new 5 year Guarantee. recommend the same, don't waste any more money
