How can i fix my zanussi jetsystem 1250?

My zanussi washer dyrer was making a banging sound and now the drum will not go round at all even when i try and move it by hand.

either the bearings have failed or you have something jammed between the inner and outer drum.Try shining a torch between the door seal and the stainless drum and check if something is stuck down there!
