My BT Studio 3500 will not allow me to select options 1,2 etc when I have dialled a number and need to select an option to get to correct person. I just get 'nothing has been selected etc' and I cannot get through. The keypad does not appear to be working to do this. I would have thought this was ok to do, but what am I doing wrong ??
