I am the owner of a Chinese make of television called Top Show. When i push the menu button on the TV it brings up a row of pictures that you can enter in order to change certain settings on the TV. The preset picture has been greyed out and as a result I am not able to tune in channels on the TV. I think somehow this option has been blocked / locked. It has nothing to do with the child lock as I have entered the child lock password and there is no option to unblock the preset option.

Has anyone ever encountered this problem? Any advice for me to be able to gain access to the preset option to be able to tune in channels?

Whether using the remote or accessing the menu option via the TV is the same.
