Probably stands for inlet error. Rinse will be cold water so may be there is a problem with the hot water. Check taps are fully open. Take inlet hoses off tap and machine end and check for any filters that may be blocked. If those are ok & you can't hear water coming in to fill for the wash cycle then the inlet valve may be faulty.
