my simpson encore 7kg washing machine will only complete a cycle on extra small wash cycle all other cycles will not finish the full wash and the machine beeps and flashes the letters PU can anyone assist me or knows what this means as i would be very grateful for any knowledge as i dont have a manual. thanx

PU stands for pump. It means it has a problem draining the water. Caused usually by a blockage in the drain pump or drain hose. Could also be caused by a faulty drain pump.
