JVC TV no picture or sound?
I have a JVC AV48WP30 projection tv. It suddenly had no picture and no sound. When you power it up the blue power light comes on and a clicking sound is heard. I have removed the convergence board and the tv comes on with a hazy color.I tried the menu screen and you can see it although it is distorted and cycles through the choices. There is still no sound though. Will replacing the convergence IC'c and any resistors fix this problem. The tv is over 8yrs old and i don't want to put a lot of money into it. Thank You
