It takes about 5 to 10 min to come on The pic is great but after about 5 min the screen goes black (sound stays on) for about 5 to 7 seconds then the pic come back for about 5 min then it goes black again for 5 to 7 sec. this goes on the whole time the tv is on. also the stand by lite flashes while the tv is on
