Hi - I have a Corsa SRI with a 2005 CD/Radio. The engine recently had to be replaced so radio was disconnected. Have followed the Audio Manual instructions but no luck. My Car Pass details a Security Code and a Radio Code. Tried Radio Code first but no luck, then the Security Code - same again, then Radio Code but still not in. Now when I try the screen stays at '7 SAFE' and wont let me put in another code attempt. I have left it more than 12 hours between attempts. Help!!

You should leave the radio unit turned on. Waiting time only counts down when the radio is turned on (showing '7SAFE'). If the radio is turned off, the countdown resets and stops.

Waiting time increases after future invalid attempts. After the 9th invalid attempt, the waiting time will be 640 minutes. After the 10th invalid attempts, the radio unit will become completely inoperable. In this case, it must be replaced at owner's expense or taken to a professional decoding specialist to be reset.
