the u shape preassure pipe situated on the outside wall seems to have a constant dripping how do i stop this the preasure in the boiler is normal

pressure relief valve passing/leaking
does this only happen when CH on?
has system been overpressurized recently?
whats the pressure gauge read when system cold?
whats the pressure gauge read when system hot?
sounds like your pressure relief valve needs replacing
& expansion vessel needs checking [possibly recharging]
