there is a possibility that your drain pump is faulty or something stuck inside. remove pump,open up and check security of impellor onto main shaft of pump motor. if you got the know how,put a piece of tape on one impeller blade and start pump,feeling with one finger if motor does rotate insteed of just cavitating.it does sometime sound like pump is working,instead it is just the motor noise you hear
