locate the rear roller adjustment bolts. (check your manual) locate the correct size allen wrench for the rear roller bolt adjustment. insert the allen wrench into the bolt on the same side the belt is folding over, and tighten by turning clockwise. turn the bolt 2 full revolutions, then manually (using your hands), rotate the walking belt and watch the walking belt. if you see it begin to work its way over and away from the rail it is folded under, continue rolling the belt manually until its free. sometimes it takes more than a few turns of the adjustment bolt to achieve this. you may have to loosen the bolt or tighten them to center the belt. (both adjustment bolts)
the correct tension for the walking belt is about a 2 inch height when lifted from the center sides of walking belts.
