The cd and mp3 stopped working altogether but the radio works perfectly. Once a cd is inserted, the screen display
shows `Toc Reading` but doesn't play. So also is the Mp3. I called the helpline and was asked to disconnect it for 3hrs and reconnect that it would revert to company settings. I did but the problem remains.
Any advice?
