How can I fix my Hotpoint WF860?

The conditioner does not go into the machine during the wash cycle, I have cleaned the drawer and compartment thoroughly, no error codes are showing.

You need to clear the round jet hole in the roof of the dispenser drawer above the conditioner compartment- its probrably blocked with mould, use a small cable tie or cotton bud
