I kept getting no read incompatible disc messages so when cleaning disc didnt work I removed recorder cover and alcohol cotton swabbed blue glass. The black cover over eject tray slipped and when I fiddled it in it made the eject tray itself slip. Now I cant get the eject tray to go it properly so it will come out when the power is on. I may not be putting any of it together properly. Unfortunately only home economics was offered in school in the 60's. Thank you for your help
