how can i fix my jcb strimmer model m25, serial 05?

i cant get the head off my strimmer and the wire wont come out as if its all melted together

It sounds like you have overworked/heated the head, you need to learn to strim lightly.

You'll have to cut it off and buy a new bump knob.
