sps1000?

I have a samsung sps1000 with a samsung srp350.
Every time there is a print, report or reciept, it prints twice.
Once with header and once without.
Are the settings wrong somewhere.?

Hmm. That is a strange one. Maybe you are printing a journal. Are there any other differences at all apart from the receipt message. Look very closely at the two and tell me any differences you see at all.
