My rocker recliner does not rock. It seems that something is hitting the base, there is one metal strip that is loose underneath but I cannot fix it. How can I, a 79 year old woman, get it fixed. I had to have it repaired a few months after I bought it because of a loud squeaking. It will not rock but will recline a little but not all of the way
