I have a new Ferrolli Optimax boiler. I keep getting A01 error code on my boiler and cuts out all heating and hot water. I have a baby and really need this sorting. My installer doesn't have a clue about it and he was the one that recommended this boiler to us.
My question is how do I re-check the gas flow to the boiler? Is this something a plumber would need to check? I've tried turning it off and back on again after being told to do this be the installer.

newly installed boilers are automatically covered by a manufacturers warranty for at least the first year
even if your installer hasnt a clue how to trace fault on the boiler, you can request a ferrolli engineer to fix boiler for you

A01 refers to flame failure
could be gas supply problem
ignition/detection failure
siphon blockage
