How do I replace the thermsostat, which I believe is faulty in a CDA CD9002/3 stainless steel dual fuel cooker. The oven switches on, and the fan works but it will not reach a set temperature. The all grill functions work but none of the oven functions. The conventional oven works fine at all settings
