Recorded Programmes on Goodmans GDB1225DTR Freeview+ box are not playing?

I have a Goodmans GDB1225DTR Freeview+ box and all programmes that i have recorded are appearing on the library menu with no information and are not playing when i click on them. I am really confused, please help :( x
