My DVD player won't read DVD's or CD's?

My Sony DVPNC665P suddenly stopped reading DVD's and CD's. States that no disk is loaded. I have tried to completely load the 5 disc changer and none will load. I have also bought a cleaner/lens duster and that didn't help. Any advice would be appreciated.

I ended up sending it to Sony and although it wasn't under warranty, they sent a new one to me for $50.
