Condensation in a velox window?

I have some condensation and misting in one of my velox windows. There does not appear to be any obvious damage. Can I access the inside and remedy this problem?

if the window is double glazed and the misting is between the panes, the seal has gone and it is cheaper and easier to replace the double glazed sealed unit.
