we recently had to buy a new window for our caravan and they sent us the Chris numbers separately but forgot to put instructions in and promised to send them on but still haven't can anyone help.

Get back to them and ask again say you were still waiting after last promise to send or ask them to send by email. If they still don't then send an email stating that as they have no customer care you wont be recomending that company and will be sending a member letter for the letters page of the caravan club telling of your experience with this company, that wil kick them into gear in sending the instructions.
