bosch dishwasher sprinkler problem?

when i turn on the machine the sprinkler arm remains in the same position throughout the whole cleaning cycle. what do you thing is the problem?

Either the holes in the spray arm are blocked or the water pressure is not strong enough which will be a problem with the wash pump.
