how can i fix my beko WMA510 washing machine?

my washing machine has the wash and spin/end lights on but won't go to the ready light stage, how do i solve this as i cant do any washing!ahh
ive tried holding the start/pause/cancel button but doesnt do anything? do i need to reset system if yes how lol

this hasn't worked i held it for even longer and still the lights stayed on, no change. door was open!

press the start cancel button for 5 seconds, with the door open.... all lights go out then ready comes on you have reset the machine.
