Beko 7kg 1300rpm?

Please could you advise, the machine is making an electrical whoosh sound when engaging the spin cycle and sparks can be seen cominng from the motor.

Can this be repaired

you can fit them yourself if you have a screwdriver.parts available from any good appliance repair shop or via the internet.ring them with model info and they should be able to quote you a price

If you act quickly and stop using it it MIGHT just need some new motor brushes fitting.Remove the motor and then remove the motor brushes.if the carbon bit of the motor brush is less than 10mm in length they are worn out and need replacing.worth a look before scrapping it!!!
