as stated i have a samsung le26r73bd tv that keeps flashing, when i first turn it on it starts flashing the picture & the sound after 5 mins when warmed up it stops but if i turn it of & turn it on again it starts flashing again there is also a loud buzing noise as well till it is warmed up can anybody please help me
