If it's blocked after only a few days, it probably mean that someone is trying to access it repeatedly using the wrong password. It can be caused by using a web mail notifier with the wrong credentials.
The most probable cause is someone who misstyped his user name and blindly try to login what he thing is his acount.
It can also come from your side if you use a web mail notifier, or something similar that automaticaly log into your acount, and you did not enter your password correctly.
About the only real solution is to setup a new acount, ether a hotmail one or one from another provider as GMail or Yahoo! mail.
