Hot water problems in Ferroli Boiler F24b?

Hi, when I run my hot water it runs boiling hot for about 2 to 3 minutes and then goes luke warm and then if running long enough eventually to cold.

this was common on this boiler ,the heating sensor may need moving to a new position.[it gets too hot where it is and turns off the burner automatically] not an expensive job at all .fone ferroli and asked for a local agent .
